GULFPORT, MS — DragFest is headed back to Gulfport Dragway May 1-2, and the spotlight is on two Pro Mod classes bringing double the action to the Gulf Coast!
Both Outlaw Pro Mod and Nitrous Pro Mod will headline the weekend with free entry and $500 to qualify, setting up a stacked open 8-car field field of 3-second, 200+ MPH cars. Two classes, two chances to see some of the baddest doorslammers in the region.
On the bracket side, there’s plenty to race for. $5,000 to win Box, $2,000 in No Box, $1,000 for Jr. Dragsters, plus a Quick 16 shootout featuring the fastest dragsters and door cars on the grounds.
Friday includes test and tune, qualifying, and a Free $1,000 Top Eliminator, with eliminations continuing into Saturday after time trials.
Add in names like Tricia Musi and a strong Southeast lineup, and this one’s set to deliver.
$25 admission each day. Kids under 10 free.
