Gulfport Dragway Welcomes the ALL NEW Motorcycle Class to the IHRA Track Championship Series!

Gulfport Dragway was excited to officially welcome the NEW Motorcycle Class during the IHRA Track Championship Series on Saturday, July 11. The inaugural class marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter as motorcycle racers took to the 1/8-mile strip to compete under IHRA rules.

Congratulations to Ronnie Harris for picking up the first Gulfport Dragway Motorcycle Class WIN.

The Motorcycle Class will become a permanent part of the Gulfport Dragway IHRA Track Championship Series beginning in 2026 and beyond. The class will compete on the 1/8-mile with delay boxes permitted.

A huge thank you goes out to every rider who helped make this first event a success. Your support and participation laid the foundation for what promises to be a great future for motorcycle racing at Gulfport Dragway.
